Baltic Defence & Technology OÜ is a subsidiary of German company EAFT Emder Anlagen- und Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH (Emden) and their local representative in Baltics. EAFT and BDT belong to Dirks Group Defence & Security business unit.
Dirks Group is an international company that employees more than 1900 workers in five main business units:

Vision
- BDT has an objective to offer repair and maintenance and rebuilding of vehicles in Baltics for local defence forces as well as NATO alliance troops.
- BDT desires to be reliable partner for Estonian Defence Forces and provide repair and maintenance service for entire spectrum of equipment in service.
- Development of knowledge and skills related to the repair and maintenance of military equipment in Estonia.
